FAQs

Q - Why is the venue only confirmed two weeks before the event?

A - LexisNexis confirms all conference venues two weeks prior to the event to ensure optimal space for delegates, speakers and sponsors. Confirmation of venues in this timeframe provides additional flexibility for event requirements and means that we confirm a space suitable for actual delegate numbers and exhibition stands.  We will give an indication of the location of the event (e.g. Central London) when the event is first published on the website.

Q - Are there still spaces available?

A - Yes.  Because we confirm the venue approximately two weeks prior to the event, we are able to be flexible about how many delegates we can accommodate, so there are virtually always places available.  You can book on line now or if you have received a brochure with a registration form please complete it and fax it back to +44 (0) 20 7347 3576, on receipt of which an invoice will be sent to you.

Q - I am unable to attend, when will the next event be running?

A - Many of our events run annually.  If you like us to keep your enquiry on file so that we can send you the brochure for the next event once it has been finalised, please email your details stating which event you are interested in to conferences@lexisnexis.co.uk.

Q - I am unable to attend, do you supply documentation from the event?

A - Yes, documentation is available to purchase separately for most of our events.  Should you wish to purchase documentation this can either be done online by going into the event you are interested in on this site or you can contact us at conferences@lexisnexis.co.uk or call +44 (0) 20 7347 3500. 

Q - I have booked and paid, but have not received my joining instructions.

A - Joining instructions are sent by email two weeks before the event.  If you have not received your joining instructions within five working days of the event please call +44 (0)20 7347 3500 or email conferences@lexisnexis.co.uk.

Q - Do you offer discounts for charities?

A - We offer a 30% discount for charities.  Please call call +44 (0)20 7347 3500 or email conferences@lexisnexis.co.uk to discuss.

Q - Where is the event is taking place?

A - The venue will be published on the website two weeks before the event and will be confirmed in the joining instructions.

Q - I would like to have the contact details you hold for me amended or I would like to be removed from your database.

A - Please contact our Data Cleansing department, giving them the current details we hold for you (name, address, job title etc) and details of any amendments that are required or if you want to be removed form the database tell them you would like to be removed.
