A raft of recent government policies and field research findings are leading to an increasingly strong emphasis on the promotion of health, well being and independent lives for older people. Now Community Care Conferences is partnering the Department of Health and the Social Care Institute for Excellence on a conference showing how to translate these policies and findings into practice.
