The Task Force And Beyond:Rising To The Challenges

Supporting social care professionals to enhance social work

Introduction

This conference will take forward the findings of the Social Work Task Force and provide a proactive response to how its recommendations can be realised through best practice examples, with equal emphasis on the children and families and adults’ sectors. Moira Gibb, Chair of the Task Force – will discuss the findings and stimulate debate with leading figures in the field.

This Community Care event is supported by the Social Work Task Force and is in partnership with the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) and the Association of Directors of Children’s Services (ADCS).
